• Our products and design systems are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy or replicate our design systems or interfaces for commercial distribution without explicit permission.

Your access and download of our mobile applications are also governed by the terms of the platform provider where the app is distributed:

• Android apps are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
• iOS apps are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (App Store).

We continuously iterate and improve our products. TENIXA INNOVATIONS reserves the right to release updates, add or remove features, or discontinue apps to maintain quality, security, and performance standards.

Our applications and design assets are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TENIXA INNOVATIONS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.
